114

GREENVILLE, S.C., Oct. 26, 2016 — Michelin announced today the release of the  Michelin Passenger & LT Warranty App, an  interactive new tool for tire dealers to simplify the warranty claims and registration process. The app is available as a free-of-charge download in the Apple® App Store and is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices running on iOS X or newer platforms.

The mobile app’s one-stop-shop offering places key processes at the dealer’s fingertips:  the ability to submit warranty claims; iMessage and share photos and videos with Michelin Customer Care representatives; receive and provide automated authorization codes; and register installed replacement tires.

“We are committed to transforming the way dealers do business with Michelin through improved digital tools,” said Debbie Brown, warranty program manager at Michelin North America. “The goal of the app is simple: to make the warranty claims process as seamless and easy as possible for our dealer partners.”

The Michelin Passenger & LT Warranty App is available now in the Apple’s App Store and can be found by searching “Michelin Passenger.” Dealers can log in to the app using their existing user name and password established for Michelinb2b.com.

New registrations must be completed via Michelinb2b.com. For registration assistance, please contact the Michelin eBusiness Help Desk at 888-624-2638.
