Northern California Tire Dealer Joins MICHELIN Commercial Service Network

East Bay Tire offers 70 years of professional service to customers

GREENVILLE, S.C., Feb. 16, 2015Michelin Americas Truck Tires, a division of Michelin North America, Inc., announced that East Bay Tire Co. will join the MICHELIN® Commercial Service Network™  (MCSN), expanding the MCSN coverage in California. With 70 state-of-the-art service trucks and 60 TIA-certified service specialists, East Bay Tire will offer a complete range of services, including repairs, inspection and alignments, MICHELIN® ONCallTM 24/7/365 emergency road service (ERS), and MICHELIN® TIRE CARE™ preventative tire monitoring.

East Bay Tire will provide professional service to commercial customers with MICHELIN®, BFGoodrich® and Uniroyal® products that include commercial and heavy truck, industrial, earth mover, agricultural, ATV, lawn and garden, golf cart, trailer and passenger/light truck tires. East Bay Tire offers MICHELIN® retreads and is a partner with Oliver Rubber, operating EBT Eco, a centrally-located tire retread plant on the island of Oahu. The fourth-generation family-owned business operates eight commercial/retail locations in northern California including:

Through this network, Michelin provides fleet customers with a comprehensive service package, including online reporting, MICHELIN ONCall 2.0 ERS, MICHELIN TIRE CARE tire-monitoring program, and access to skilled technicians and professional equipment, all of which are backed by rigorous certification and audit standards.
