Making the list
In the annual listing from Forbes magazine, “America’s Best Employers for Diversity” are ranked based on an independent survey from a sample of more than 60,000 U.S. employees working for companies with at least 1,000 people. The evaluation was based on four criteria: direct recommendations, indirect recommendations, diversity among top executives and diversity engagement indicators. Employees were asked to consider gender, ethnicity, age, disability and LGBTQ+ friendliness in their responses.
