GREENVILLE, S.C., March 22, 2022 – Michelin has again earned top customer satisfaction scores in the annual J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Study. For 2022, drivers gave Michelin the highest ratings in Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction for Luxury, while BFGoodrich earned the highest ratings in Truck/Utility vehicles.

With these honors, Michelin has won 97 total J.D. Power Awards — more than any other tire manufacturer. It was the company’s 19th consecutive highest ranking in the Luxury segment and seventh consecutive year finishing in the top two places in the Truck/Utility Vehicle segment. This is the second award for BFGoodrich.
